The Outer Ring Civil War begins after the First Wave of Immigration and a few years after the First Outer Ring War. While the Inner Ring was collapsing from the lasting wars, the conflicts, and the rising empires, the Outer Ring was the only chance for the races’ survival in the world. With more than a few planets to host the refugee races, the Outer Ring was inhabited by almost every known race in the universe and the battles of the Inner Ring transported to the outskirts, only to continue until a single race would remain to conquer and rule.
