OtterHome is a decentralized finance (DeFi) project built on the Arbitrum Layer2 network, aimed at providing decentralized trading and liquidity provision similar to UniSwap. Arbitrum is a Layer2 scaling solution based on optimistic rollups, which can improve transaction throughput, reduce transaction fees, and maintain decentralization and security.

OtterHome Swap is a seamless decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Arbitrum network. Powered by cutting-edge technology, OtterHome Swap brings easy-to-use and low-cost DeFi with complete Ethereum security to more people.

Our vision for OtterHome Swap is to build a one-stop-shop DeFi hub that is totally seamless and easy to use with innovative features. We aim to bring user-friendly and accessible DeFi products to more people, even those who have never heard of Ethereum, on the scalable Arbitrum network.

The OtterHome Swap Protocol

Our protocol is designed to be the exchange layer and a solution to liquidity on the Arbitrum network at the protocol level. The protocol is fully open source and composable, removing the barrier to integrating and embracing the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Liquidity Book is an innovative Automated Market Maker (AMM) protocol that prioritizes high capital efficiency. The protocol includes the following features:

Zero Slippage - Liquidity Book allows traders to swap tokens with zero slippage within bins, providing a smooth and seamless trading experience.

Dynamic Fees - Liquidity Providers can earn additional fees during periods of high market volatility through surge pricing, providing an additional incentive for liquidity provision.

High Capital Efficiency - Liquidity Book supports high volume trading with low liquidity requirements, making it an attractive option for both traders and liquidity providers.

Flexible Liquidity - Liquidity Providers can build flexible liquidity distributions according to their individual strategies, giving them greater control over their liquidity provision.

To realize OtterHome, we need to focus on the following key components:

Smart Contracts: We need to develop and deploy a series of smart contracts to handle trading and liquidity provision. These contracts need to be compatible with Arbitrum's features, including token exchange, liquidity provision, and fee collection.

Front-end Interface: We need to develop a user-friendly front-end interface that allows users to easily exchange tokens and provide liquidity. This interface needs to interact with our smart contracts, displaying real-time transaction information and exchange rates.

Integrate Arbitrum SDK: To achieve fast and low-cost transactions, we need to integrate Arbitrum SDK into our project. This will allow us to utilize Arbitrum's scaling capabilities, increase transaction throughput, and reduce fees.

Liquidity Mining: We can provide liquidity mining incentives for OtterHome, encouraging users to provide liquidity for trading pairs. This can be achieved by creating a token distribution contract that distributes token rewards based on the user's provided liquidity share.
